BlitzPrep is an AI-powered career platform that provides:

  • AI-powered interview practice

  • Career coaching features

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Free Tier

We offer a free tier with limited access to our features. The limitations are described on our pricing page.

Pro Subscription

Our Pro subscription provides unlimited access to all features. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees as described at checkout
  • Allow us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
  • Maintain valid payment information

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods, but you will retain access until your subscription expires.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service (resumes, profiles, etc.). By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, process, and display that content to provide the Service.

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malicious code or harmful content
  • Violates any applicable laws

6. AI-Generated Content

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, recommendations, and content. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI-generated content is provided "as is" without guarantees
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all suggestions
  • AI recommendations should not replace professional career advice
  • We are not responsible for outcomes based on AI suggestions

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT YOU WILL OBTAIN SPECIFIC RESULTS (INCLUDING JOB OFFERS).

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLITZPREP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BlitzPrep from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
